Shipping and Returns

We want every Naked Love delivery to feel just as smooth and thoughtful as the products inside.

We offer shipping with tracking for all orders.

For orders within Estonia, packages will be delivered to the chosen parcel shop within 2-4 working days from the date of placing the order.

For the European Union and United Kingdom, delivery takes approximately 3–7 business days, though timing may vary slightly depending on your location and courier partner.

We truly hope you love your Naked Love purchase. But we get it – sometimes things don’t work out exactly as planned.

No hard feelings! Our goal is to bring you beautiful, thoughtfully made pleasure-supporting products that actually make your life easier and more enjoyable.

If for any reason your Naked Love product doesn’t meet your expectations, tell us – we’re here to make it right and help you feel good about what you bought. 

Please note that we do not offer refund for gift cards.

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.

You may open the package to check the fit and feel, but items showing visible signs of usage or damage, may not be refunded.

The cost of return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

If you’re in Estonia or elsewhere in the EU, we can help arrange a return label. 

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from refund. 

If you decide to return your item(s) please contact us at whadup@nakedlove.ee, so we can register your return. Please include your order number in the email. 

If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at whadup@nakedlove.ee for assistance. Please Include your order number and a few photos in the e-mail,  we’ll sort it out as quickly as possible.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect your return. Once we receive and inspect your item, you can choose between a store credit or refund. 

Naked Love is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. During campaigns or peak periods, delivery may take longer.

We currently ship to: EU member countries, Norway, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland.

Our warehouse operates on working days from 9:00 to 16:00 (EET). Orders are usually not dispatched from the warehouse on weekends.

The cost of shipping is paid by the buyer and is clearly shown at checkout next to the selected shipping method.

We offer occasionally free shipping, and this information will be available on our webpage.Please note that customs duties may apply for deliveries outside the EU, and the buyer is responsible for covering any applicable costs. These costs are not included in the final price of the order and are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend that you familiarize yourself with the customs regulations of your country before ordering to avoid any potential surprises.

In exceptional cases, we have the right to deliver the goods within up to 45 calendar days – customers will be notified about this.

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges through the online store. If you would like a different size, color, or style, please place a new order via www.nakedloveblanket.com 

If a pricing error has occurred in our online shop and the listed price is significantly lower than market value, Naked Love reserves the right to cancel the sale and request the return of goods.
